CHEF (m/f)

“From the sea to the plate” is not just a philosophy we live by every day, but the way we work: our dishes are made from local, seasonal ingredients and tell the story of Istria and the Adriatic. To help us tell that story, we are looking for a Chef (m/f) who will contribute with their skills, creativity and personality.

Your profile

  • You are passionate about your profession and welcome responsibility and creative challenges.
  • You have excellent attention to detail and a well-developed palate.
  • You have a strong work ethic, work well in a team, and stay calm and professional under pressure.
  • You preferably have experience in an à la carte restaurant kitchen.

We also welcome motivated candidates with less experience who are eager to learn and grow into the role.
